Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park
Home of the Adams River, one of the largest sockeye salmon runs in B.C., this 988-hectare area consists of forests, canyons, terraces and flood plains. Bears, deer, beavers, river otter and mink inhabit the park. Campgrounds are located at Shuswap Lake Provincial Park.
Address: Five kilometres from Sqillax, on the TransCanada Highway, 46 km west of Salmon Arm and 66 km east of Kamloops

Niskonlith Lake Provincial Park
Enjoy swimming, boating and fishing at this provincial park and lake. Located 8 km (5 mi) northwest of Highway 1 at Chase by gravel road, the park features campsites but facilities are very limited.
